HAPPY HAS COME TO LIVE WITH US! The Small Steps for Compassion team is so excited to have our first family member! A young girl by the name of “Happy” has come to live with us! She is a beautiful, happy little girl whose name fits her well. Also, our well is finished and the house has running water! This will make life a lot easier for our employees and for Happy!

OUR MISSION

Our mission is love and compassion.  We are dedicated to working with orphans and their communities worldwide to reach their full potential by fighting injustice one small step at a time.

SPOTLIGHT
Small Steps has so many exciting things going on right now! We are about to hire our first social worker from the community. She will assist in taking care of Happy during the week. Also, we are about to fill our fish pond with water from our well, then we will be able to stock it and help provide food for volunteers and neighbors. Lastly, we are starting to raise money for a vehicle! Now that we have children in the house it is important that our workers be able to get supplies and medical help when needed, so this has become a priority!
