Every 6 Months we harvest the fish in our on-site fish pond, a project realised in 2015. Unlike our bakery that regularly sells extra bread to the community, our fish are reserved for feeding the our girls in the Small Steps home. The fish eat left-overs from the school, and in turn their waste - heavy with ammonia - is used to feed the many plants on our land, from our 23 lime trees to our 17 avocado trees and 13 orange trees.
